Are phone photos really enough?
Yes. Send clear, well-lit photos showing the full product, plus the front, back and any important details. Include close-ups of logos, labels and textures. We’ll review your references and let you know if anything else is needed.
Will my logos and product details stay accurate?
Your references guide the shape, proportions, fabric and branding. Every output is quality-checked, and revisions are included. Please flag any details that are especially important so we can review them against your source photos.
When does the 48-hour turnaround start?
The 48-hour turnaround starts once payment is received and your brief is confirmed. We send the payment link within 24 hours of reviewing your order. Membership includes priority 24-hour turnaround.
What if something needs changing?
Revisions are included on every order. Tell us what needs adjusting and we’ll return corrections within 24 hours.
How many images should I order?
Count the final views you need. For example, five products with a front and back view require 10 images. Flat lay and ecom-on-white volume rates start at 10 images, with the lowest standard rate at 30 images.
Can I use the images for ads as well as my store?
Yes. Full usage rights are included, so you can use the finished images on your website, in ads, on marketplaces and in print.
Is there a minimum order or subscription?
There is no minimum order and no subscription required for standard orders. Start with one image if you’d like. The optional monthly membership adds priority turnaround and member image pricing.
